I am your investigative specialist living in Payson, Utah with over 33 years of
extensive experience.
Detective Sergeant in the Detroit Police Department

Over the years the FBI, Secret Service, ATF, Detroit Police, Illinois Bureau of
Investigation, Wayne County (Michigan) Narcotics Unit and many other agencies and specialists have trained me.
My
investigative experiences include undercover narcotics, homicide, official corruption, organized crime, interstate theft,
arson, financial fraud, burglary, mail fraud, white collar crime, rape and numerous other criminal activities, as well as
executive protection of candidates for the presidency of the United States (Ted Kennedy and Walter Mondale), Apostles (Neal
Maxwell and Bruce R. McConkie) and other prominent people (Ralph Nader, etc.).
Covert assignments have included
watching subjects from vehicles, airplanes, and from inside buildings, tents, on rooftops and behind bushes and tombstones.
Surveillances
and chases have taken place in mountains, in farm areas, small towns and large metropolitan cities.
As a certified
police instructor I have trained patrolmen, criminal investigators, private investigators and police administrators in college
settings, seminars and one on one on the streets. In a public relations setting I have instructed high school students and
community groups about law enforcement issues.
My leadership experience includes Chief of Police, Sergeant, founder
and Editor of a monthly Department Newsletter (The Rap Sheet), development of material to recruit new college educated patrolmen
and a founding member of an award winning police combat pistol team.
From crowd control to riots, from routine traffic
stops to felony high speed chases, from undercover drug, weapons and stolen property buys to intelligence gathering of organized
crime figures and terrorists, from official corruption to financial fraud, from minor scuffles to being shot at, from crime
scenes with dead or dying victims to bomb scenes, my experience has been varied and rich.
