You must have a physical license to conduct the activities for your listing.

Do not request a "NATIONWIDE" listing and expect a listing in every state unless you have paid for each state.

It is the policy of The Investigator Directory owner, that no company claiming Nationwide status will be allowed to overshadow companies that are physically licensed and located in a particular state. Therefore, when a company requests to be listed as Nationwide and purchases a listing in every state, the state listing will be shown as a "Nationwide" directly below the individual agencies name.

Nationwide listings are linked from a specific categories main page,

unless state listings are purchased.

If you pay for a category or state listing and it is later determined that you are unlicensed to advertise in such a manner, you will be given 72 hours to produce documentation to support your listing. If you are unable to provide documentation, your ineligible listings will be removed and you WILL NOT receive a refund.

PRICING

Pricing for listings in The Investigator Directory are subject to change at any time. Current pricing is expected to remain in Place until January 1, 2006.

If it becomes necessary to increase prices, the increase will only affect new and renewing listings.
