      Use of these email addresses constitutes full agreement by sender and or affiliates to this fee and allows for collection of such fees at their own expense including but not limited to Attorneys fees, court costs and damages. Sender of  “Unsolicited Commercial Email” also agrees to reimburse The Investigator Directory, Licensors and or its Agents the amount of $50.00 USD per hour for any time needed to track, trace and locate owners and or affiliates to said “Unsolicited Commercial Emails” for the purpose of collection of fees or for preparation of legal action.

·        It is further understood that if you do not wish to pay this fee then you may not send "Unsolicited Commercial Email" to any email address found within this site.

 Special License Restrictions For Non-Human Visitors

Special restrictions on a visitor's license to access the Website apply to Non-Human Visitors. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website automatically. Non-Human Visitors are restricted from taxing the resources of the Website beyond what would be typical of a human visitor.

Furthermore, as specified by the "no-email-collection" flag in the header pages within the Website and/or the contents of the robots.txt file, email addresses on this site are considered proprietary intellectual property of the author of the Website. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall The Investigator Directory or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
